Labour market training
The primary objective of Labour market training is to meet the personnel needs of workplaces and to promote the availability of skilled labour as needed in the region. We plan training in a labour market-oriented manner, taking into account the company’s needs, meaning that employers also have the opportunity to influence the content of the training.
Labour market training is based on modules of existing qualifications, which means that a new potential employee can complete the entire qualification by, for example, apprenticeship training. By intertwining training from Labour market training and apprenticeship training, the employer can access skilled workforce more easily and promote the competence level of the employee in the working environment of the sector.
In order to promote employment, we also offer coaching and assessments that support job search, workplace skills and changing sectors, taking the wishes of employers into account. We also develop outsourced services for employers.
