In the ecosystem we promote attraction and retention and streamline international recruitments, i.e. implement the objectives of the national Talent Boost program.

The website provides you information on current issues, events and networks related to international recruitment and compiles ongoing projects promoting the employment of international experts in Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia.
