Attachments for applications for direct business subsidies under the Rural Development Programme

All applications

All applications must include the following attachments:

• Profitability and financing calculations, loans (e.g. forms T2, T4 and T7 or equivalent data). Link T2, T4, T7 forms.xls
• Financial statements for the previous two financial years (currently operational companies)
• A business plan, in which it is worth mentioning
  • partners,
  • subcontracting,
  • use of domestic raw materials in production
  • resource efficiency and
  • ecological character / environmental friendliness

Machinery and equipment investments

• Detailed listing and cost estimates for all procurements
• Quotes for the machinery and equipment to be acquired
• Price level comparisons or tendered offers (2) for procurements exceeding EUR 2,500, to be provided at the latest for the final funding decision. To help with this, you can use the form .....

Construction

• Drawings for the building (main drawings: facade, cross-section, floor plan and layout)
• Detailed cost estimate (based on construction method specification)
• Construction method specification
• Final construction permit, provided at the latest for the final funding decision

Building acquisition

• Draft deed of sale
• Estimate of the fair value of the building to be procured (assessment by independent party, such as a real estate agent)

Start-up support

• Plan for the measures in the application and a detailed cost estimate
• Quotes for purchased services (purchases exceeding EUR 2,500). The quotes must indicate the content of the service to be purchased and an estimate of the working time used or the daily/hourly price of the work.
