Wage guarantee (also known as Pay security)

Pay security was transferred from the ELY Centre for Uusimaa to the KEHA Centre from 1 January 2025. The KEHA Centre will continue to process applications for pay security and pay security recovery matters. The change of authority does not require any action on the part of the pay security applicant. Contact details for pay security, such as postal address, email address, telephone number and e-service, will remain unchanged. From 2025, in addition to the regional government e-service, you can submit your pay security application to the KEHA Centre, a municipal employment official or a Finnish diplomatic mission abroad.
